100 % solid and solvent free epoxy-coal tar coating

DESCRIPTION

Two component, high quality Polyurethane semi-gloss finish paint, used
for exterior and interior surfaces. It gives very strong durable, mar and UV
resistance properties. Excellent UV resistance. Excellent colour retention.
High flexibility. High water, chemical and solvent resistance properties.
Exterior and interior decoration and protection. High abrasion resistance.

Recommended to use for exterior and interior applications as protection and decoration on concrete and cement surfaces.

MIXING RATIO

:- Base to hardener by volume: 4: 1.

POTLIFE

:- 7 Hours at 25°C. (After mixing).

DRYING TIME

:- Dry to touch: 1 hour.

Full Dry

: 8 hours.

Recoating Interval Minimum

: 24 hours.

Maximum

: 2 month.

THINNER

:- Recommended thinner is “Techno Thinner T899”.

THINNING RATIO

:- (15 – 25)% by volume for spray gun applications.

(10-15) % by volume for brush and roller applications.

Depends on the weather and application conditions.

APPLICATION GUIDE

APPLICATION TOOLS PACKING

SHELF LIFE

Prepare the surface properly.
Mix the base paint and hardener according to mixing ratio uniformly.
Thin the mixed paint according to thinning ratio as per specification.
Apply one or two coats of suitable primer.
Apply two coats of “TECHNO EPOXY FLOOR COATING” .

Spray Gun:Recommended nozzle size: (1.5 - 1.8) mm. Roller: Recommended type: soft / smooth.
Brush: General / Normal type.
Gallons: Base 2.88 Ltr, hardener 0.72 Ltr.
18 Ltr. Drum: Base 14.4 Ltr, hardener 3.60 Ltr.
In sealed container: 12 months in dry, cool, and well ventilated place.
